15-Day Guarantee

You may request a return or refund within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly, at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
